The Longsal Cycle or The Innermost Essence of the Dakinis of the Luminous Clarity of the Universe (Klong chen ´od gsal mkha´ ´gro´i snying thig) is the collection of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu´s rediscovered teachings.The sixth volume of teachings from the Longsal Cycle contains three upadeshas and the histories of their discovery. These teachings were received trough dreams over a period of time from 1985 to1988.The Upadesha on the Guruyoga of the White A, received in1987 is a special teaching on the Guruyoga of Garab Dorje. The Actions of the Guru Jnanadakini, received in dreams from 1992 to 2001, contains three extraordinary practices respectively related to the dimension of the Body, Voice and Mind of the Jnanadakini Goma Devi. The Profound Essential Upadeshas of the Long Life Practice “The Thigle of Vajra Life”, written down in its final form in 1998.
